In addition to his advanced training, Dr. Andrus is an active member of several professional organizations and is trained in advanced life support techniques.

At his practice, Dr. Andrus takes a co-diagnostic approach to treatment and works with his patients to determine the best course of action for their individual oral health goals. He also offers two levels of sedation to help those with dental phobia overcome their fear. Dr. Andrus also volunteers his time and expertise to provide dentistry to those in need throughout the year.

Dr. D’Avanzo is a Board Certified Orthodontist and the owner of Belle Mead Orthodontics. He graduated from Albright College with a degree in biology and then obtained his DMD degree from Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dental Medicine. He also obtained his Master of Science degree in oral biology from Temple University School of Dentistry with a specialty in orthodontics.

Before Dr. D’Avanzo began specializing in orthodontics, he completed a two-year residency in general dentistry. Throughout his career, he worked in several practices and even worked as a professor at Temple University’s School of Dentistry. He has won the Children’s Award from the New Jersey Society of Dentistry and the Anesthesiology Award from the New Jersey Society of Anesthesiologists.

Ronnie brings a spirit of service, leadership and warmth to our dental team. A proud Marine Corps veteran, Ronnie served six years and achieved the rank of Sergeant, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2018. His time in the military shaped his strong work ethic and deep commitment to helping others – values he continues to carry with him every day.

After completing his service, Ronnie earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating in December 2023. While at UCO, he held multiple leadership roles in the Pre-Dental Society, including Exterior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. These experiences allowed him to further develop his passion for community, service and healthcare.

Ronnie’s interest in dentistry stems from a belief that a confident smile can truly change lives. He is motivated by the idea that dental care can not only improve someone’s health, but also help them feel more self-assured and empowered. His background in servant leadership – first through military service and now in a healthcare setting – drives his mission to support others in meaningful and lasting ways.

Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys diving into history, listening to country blues music and is a huge fan of Game of Thrones. He is also known for being an energetic and “infectious” dancer – something he is proud of and always ready to prove on the dance floor.

Kiara’s dentistry path began under Dr. Andrus’s mentorship, igniting a passion for the profession. Despite starting without prior knowledge, she quickly became adept, enjoying the teamwork and the satisfaction of improving patients’ oral health. She empathizes with those who are wary of dental visits and strives to provide positive experiences.

Outside work, Kiara loves family time, shopping and staying fit. A McAlester High School alumnus, she is certified in radiation, coronal polishing, sealant placement and nitrous oxide administration. With two years of dental experience, Kiara continues to expand her expertise and contribute to patients’ dental wellness.

Viri hails from North Texas and has been a proud resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the past five years. Together with her supportive husband and their four wonderful daughters, they have immersed themselves in Tulsa’s vibrant culture and community.

With an impressive 14-year career in the dental industry, Viri is deeply passionate about the ever-evolving field of dentistry. What draws her most to this profession is its dynamic nature, continuously improving to enhance patient experiences. As a dedicated dental professional, Viri strives to ensure each patient visit is comforting, making every dental journey relaxing and stress-free.

One of her greatest satisfactions lies in assisting patients along their unique dental paths. She is committed to making every patient feel confident and well-informed about their dental decisions. Additionally, Viri offers her language skills to Spanish-speaking patients to address any queries, ensuring clarity and comfort in understanding dental matters.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Viri is currently enrolled at Tulsa Community College (TCC), furthering her knowledge about oral health. Outside the office, Viri delights in spending quality time with her family, enthusiastically cheering at her two eldest daughters’ softball games, or embarking on movie marathons with her youngest daughters. Jackie was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry after being surrounded by incredible individuals in the dental field whose passion, dedication and ability to uplift those around them left a lasting impression. As a receptionist, Jackie loves being the first point of contact for patients—creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door. Meet Favi, who is highly skilled and has a passion for helping others. Favi is not only a dedicated professional but also a proud mother and a loving wife, having married her high school sweetheart and fellow dental professional, Dr. Chris Andrus. Favi’s exceptional motherly touch and warm demeanor put patients at ease, making every visit a comfortable and stress-free experience.

Favi is a true lover of dentistry and has dedicated her life to giving back to her community through volunteering and helping those in need. Her dedication and love for her profession is evident in her everyday efforts and the quality of care she provides. With a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Northeastern State University and an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Concorde Career College in Dallas, Favi is a highly qualified and experienced dental hygienist.

Additionally, Favi holds an extended function license for the administration of local anesthetic and nitrous oxide, and is also laser certified. She is also bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, making her accessible and approachable to a wider range of patients.
